South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations712—Inspection and testing of electrical equipment (regulation 150)
If a person conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace has, before
the relevant day, kept a record of regular inspection and testing of
electrical plant in the workplace that has occurred in accordance with the
requirements of regulation 55 of the revoked regulations, and the record
satisfies the requirements of regulation 150(4) of these regulations, the
record will be taken to be evidence that inspection and testing of the
equipment occurred at the time specified in the record.
