(regulation 461)
Regulation 461 of these regulations applies to and in relation to a
record made for the purposes of regulation 206 of the revoked regulations or
regulation 4.2.8 of the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare
Regulations 1995 that relates to training undertaken by a worker to
ensure that he or she is aware of any risks involved in the performance of
asbestos work and the precautions that should be taken to protect his or her
health.
