South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations727—Asbestos assessors licence
(1) A person who,
immediately before the relevant day, was authorised to carry out work of a
kind requiring the person to hold an asbestos assessor licence under these
regulations is authorised to carry out work of that kind despite the fact he
or she is not the holder of an asbestos assessor licence.
(2) This regulation
will cease to have effect on the second anniversary of the relevant day.
