1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Late Payment of Government Debts (Interest) (Automatic Payment of Interest) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2018.
2—Commencement of Act
The Late Payment of Government Debts (Interest) (Automatic Payment of Interest) Amendment Act 2018
(No 19 of 2018) will come into operation on 1 November 2018.
