State Service Amendment (Redeployment) Act 2014 Act No. of s. 4 STATE SERVICE AMENDMENT (REDEPLOYMENT) BILL 2014 (Brought in by the Opposition Leader, the Honourable Bryan Alexander Green) A BILL FOR An Act to amend the State Service Act 2000 Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows: 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the State Service Amendment (Redeployment) Act 2014 2. Commencement This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent. 3. Princple Act In this Act, the State Service Act 2000* is referred to as the Principal Act. *No. 85 of 2000 [Bill 82] 3

 


 

State Service Amendment (Redeployment) Act 2014 Act No. of s. 4 4. Section 47 amended (Redeployment) Section 47 (10) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "6 months" and substituting "12 months". 5. Repeal of Act This Act is repealed on the three hundred and sixty fifth day from the day on which it commences. *No. 85 of 2000 [Bill 82] 3
