Clause 1 Title
Crown Lands (Validation of Fees) Bill 2011
Clause 2 Commencement
This Act will commence on a day to be proclaimed.
Clause 3 Validation of Fees
This clause will ensure that any application fees collected by the Crown under
or in connection with the Crown Lands Act 1976 (CLA), or any Act specified in
Schedule 1 of the CLA, before the commencement of the Crown Lands
(Validation of Fees) Bill will be taken to have been validly collected.
Clause 4 Administration of the Act
This clause provides that until provision is made under the Administrative
Arrangements Act 1990:
(a) the Act will be administered by the Minister for Environment, Parks and
Heritage; and
(b) the department responsible to the Minister in relation to the
administration of the Act will be the Department of Primary Industries,
Parks, Water and the Environment.
