FOREST MANAGEMENT (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) BILL 2013 CLAUSE NOTES Clause 1 Short title and citation. Clause 2 The Act commences on a day to be proclaimed. Clause 3 This clause provides that amendments to regulations, rules or by-laws by the Act can still be amended or rescinded.
