HEALTH PROFESSIONALS REGISTRATION (MISCELLANEOUS
             AMENDMENTS) BILL 2009


                     CLAUSE NOTES


Clause 1   Short Title

Clause 2   Commencement

           This clause provides for the Act to commence on Royal
           Assent.

Clause 3   Consequential amendments

           This clause provides that a number of Acts, set out in
           Schedule are to be amended.

Clause 4   Legislation repealed

           This clause provides that this amendment Act will be
           repealed ninety days after it commences, by which time it
           will have served its purpose of amending the principal Act.
