REPEAL OF REGULATIONS POSTPONEMENT BILL 40 OF 2013

      Repeal of Regulations Postponement Bill (No 2) 2013

                                 CLAUSE NOTES

Clause 1   Short title

           Short title and citation.

Clause 2   Commencement

           This Act will commence on the day it receives Royal Assent.

Clause 3   Postponement of repeals

           Postpones the repeal of the Surveyors Regulations 2003 to 26 November
           2014 and the Animal (Brands and Movement) Regulations 2003 until
           10 December 2014 but provides that they may still be rescinded at any time
           prior.

Clause 4   Administration of Act

           The Minister for Primary Industries and Water will administer the Act through
           the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment.

Clause 5   Expiry

           11 December 2014. As of that date it will cease to have any purpose.
