STATE SERVICE AMENDMENT (REDEPLOYMENT). BILL 34 OF 2011

                     CLAUSE NOTES
           State Service Amendment
            (Redeployment) Bill 2011
Clause 1: Short title
This proposed Act may be cited as the State Service Amendment
(Redeployment) Act 2011.

Clause 2: Commencement
The Act commences on the day on which it receives Royal
Assent.

Clause 3: Interpretation
Clause 3 identifies the Principal Act is the State Service Act 2000.

Clause 4:
Clause 4 identifies that Section 47(10) of the Principal Act is
amended by omitting "12" and substituting"6."

Clause 5:
Clause 5 identifies the date of repeal as being on the ninetieth
day from the day on which it commences.
