TASMANIA TOGETHER PROGRESS BOARD REPEAL BILL 48 OF 2012

                      CLAUSE NOTES
    Tasmania Together Progress Board
            Repeal Bill 2012
Clause 1: Short title
This clause provides the short title to be used when citing the
proposed Act for any legal purpose.

Clause 2: Commencement
The proposed Act commences on a day to be proclaimed.

Clause 3: Legislation repealed
This clause provides that the legislation specified in Schedule 1
(primary legislation) is repealed.

Clause 4: Legislation revoked
This clause provides that the legislation specified in Schedule 2
(proclamation) is revoked.

Clause 5: Administration of Act
This clause provides that until provision is made for this Act by
order under section 4 of the Administrative Arrangements Act
1990, under which the Governor may assign administrative
responsibilities for legislative instruments to particular Ministers and
departments, the Department of Premier and Cabinet will be
responsible to the Premier for administering this Act.

Schedule 1 ­ Legislation repealed
The Schedule lists the Tasmania Together Progress Board Act 2001
as the legislation repealed for the purposes of clause 3.

Schedule 2 ­ Legislation revoked
The Schedule Lists the Proclamation under the Tasmania
Together Progress Board Act 2001 as the legislation revoked for
the purposes of clause 4.
