Clause 1             Short Title

Clause 2             Commencement
                     This Act will commence on the day on which this Act
                     receives the Royal Assent.

Clause 3             Legislation Repealed
                     The legislation specified in Schedule 1 is repealed.

Clause 4             Legislation Revoked
                     The legislation specified in Schedule 1 is revoked.

Clause 5             Repeal of Act
                     This Act is repealed on the ninetieth day from the day on
                     which it commences.

Schedule 1           Legislation Repealed
                     Wesley Vale Pulp and Paper Industry Act 1961

Schedule 2           Legislation Revoked
                     Proclamation under the Wesley Vale Pulp and Paper
