Surrogacy (Consequential Amendments) Bill 2011
The Surrogacy (Consequential Amendments) Bill 2011 makes a
number of amendments to relevant Tasmanian legislation which
are required as a result of the enactment of the Surrogacy Bill
2011.
As the Surrogacy Bill 2011 will create new familial relationships,
various pieces of legislation require amendment to
accommodate these new relationships.
