CONSTITUTION ACT 1934 - SECT 41A
Powers of the Assembly in respect of its own duration
The Assembly may not pass any Bill to amend section 23 unless not less than
two-thirds of its Members vote for passing the Bill or for a motion on the
passing of which the Bill will be deemed to have passed.
