(1)  The Director shall, within 3 months after 30th June in each year, prepare and submit to the Attorney-General a report on the performance by the Director of his functions under this Act during the period of 12 months ended on that day.

(2)  The Attorney-General shall cause a copy of a report under this section to be laid on the table of each House of Parliament within the first 10 sitting days of the House after he receives the report.
