FOREST PRACTICES ACT 1985 - SECT 37B
Objective of Council
(1) The Council is part of the State's forest practices system, the
objective of which is set out in Schedule 7 .
(2) The Council is to act in all matters in a manner that best advances
the objective of the State's forest practices system.
