HISTORIC CULTURAL HERITAGE ACT 1995 - SECT 68
Revocation of approval to undertake activity
The Heritage Council, by notice in writing, may revoke an approval granted
under section 67 –
(a) if any condition is not complied with; or
(b) in any circumstances it considers necessary.
