(1) If an authorised officer has reasonable grounds for believing that a person has committed, or is committing, an offence against this Act, he or she may require that person to state his or her name and the address of his or her place of residence.(2) A person must not fail or refuse to comply with a requirement under subsection (1) or, in response to any such requirement, state a name or address that is false in a material particular.Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
