LIVING MARINE RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 185
Fisheries officer on board vessel
A fisheries officer, by notice in writing, may –
(a) require the master of a vessel to carry on the vessel a fisheries officer;
and
(b) direct that the vessel not go to sea unless a fisheries officer is on
board.
