LIVING MARINE RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 204

Contravention of requirement, direction or signal

A person, without reasonable excuse, must not contravene a requirement, direction or signal made or given under this Part.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
