LIVING MARINE RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 229
Sale or disposal
(1) The Secretary may sell, destroy or otherwise dispose of anything
forfeited to the Crown under this Act.
(2) Any proceeds of a sale or disposal are payable to the Crown.
