(1)  The Supreme Court –

(a) may issue the control order applied for; or

(b) if satisfied that to do so would be unreasonably harsh and unjust, may –

(i) amend the control order; or

(ii) refuse to issue the control order.

(2)  A person must not contravene a control order.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 1 000 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 1 year.
