LIVING MARINE RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 307
Orders not statutory rules
(1) An order under this Act is not a statutory rule within the meaning
of the Rules Publication Act 1953 .
(2) The provisions of the Acts Interpretation Act 1931 apply to an order
under this Act as if the order were a regulation.
