LIVING MARINE RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 84
Damages in respect of transfer or variation of licence
A person who has a legal or equitable interest in a licence is not entitled to
bring any action for damages against the Crown in respect of the transfer of
the licence or any quota or entitlement under the licence or the variation of
the licence.
