(1) Unless otherwise provided, the Secretary may approve a suitable person nominated by the licensee or the personal representative of the licensee to be a substitute licensee to execute any documents in respect of the licence(a) during any period the licensee is unable to execute the document; or(b) if the licensee has died.(2) The executor or administrator of the estate of a deceased licensee is a substitute licensee for any period the Secretary determines.(3) A substitute licensee for a licence is, for the purposes of this section, taken to be approved as eligible to hold that category of licence under section 76A .(4) For the avoidance of doubt, a substitute licensee is not taken to be approved as eligible to hold a category of licence under section 76A for the purpose of applying for or holding any other licence.
