(1)  A law practice must not, otherwise than as permitted by subsection (2) , mix trust money with other money.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.

(2)  A law practice is permitted to mix trust money with other money to the extent only that is authorised by the prescribed authority and in accordance with any conditions imposed by the prescribed authority in relation to the authorisation.
