(1) Any person may apply to the Supreme Court for an order that there has been, or may have been, a default by a law practice.(2) If the Supreme Court makes an order under subsection (1) , the Supreme Court may make any or all of the following orders:(a) where a claim has been wholly or partly allowed by the Trust, an order that the Trust compensate any claimants from the Guarantee Fund;(b) an order appointing an external intervener under Part 5.6 ;(c) an order that money standing to the credit of any trust account or general trust account of a law practice be paid into the Guarantee Fund.(3) Any money paid into the Guarantee Fund is free from any equity which may affect a trust account or any property from which that money was derived.
