(1) If a corresponding authority makes recommendations about the decision the Trust might make about a claim in relation to which the corresponding authority was acting as agent of the Trust, the Trust may (a) make its decision about the claim in conformity with the recommendations, whether with or without further consideration, investigation or inquiry; or(b) disregard the recommendations.(2) A corresponding authority cannot, as agent of the Trust, make a decision about the claim under Division 7 (Determination of claims).
