(1)  When dealing with a claim under this Part involving a law practice or an Australian legal practitioner, the Trust may consult and co-operate with another person or body who or which has powers under the corresponding law of another jurisdiction in relation to the practice or practitioner.

(2)  For the purposes of subsection (1) , the Trust and the other person or body may exchange information concerning the claim.
