In this Chapter –

compensation order means an order referred to in section 491 ;

complaint means a complaint under this Chapter;

conduct means conduct whether consisting of an act or an omission;

party to a complaint means –

(a) the practitioner to whom the complaint relates; and

(b) the person who makes the complaint.
