LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2007 - SECT 435
Board to advise prescribed authority of dismissal or withdrawal
The Board must advise the prescribed authority of –
(a) the dismissal of a complaint under section 433 or the withdrawal of a
complaint under section 434 ; and
(b) the reasons for the dismissal or withdrawal.
