(1) The manager for a law practice must maintain the records and accounts of the practice that he or she manages (a) separately from the management of the affairs of the practice before his or her appointment as manager; and(b) separately from the affairs of any other law practice for which he or she is manager; and(c) in the manner prescribed by the regulations.(2) Subject to subsection (1) , the manager for a law practice must deal with trust money of the practice in the same way as a law practice must deal with trust money.
