LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2007 - SECT 589
Chapter 7 - Regulatory authorities
Establishment of Legal Profession Board of Tasmania
(1) The Legal Profession Board of Tasmania is established.
(2) The Board –
(a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and
(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
