(1) The Solicitors' Trust established under the Legal Practitioners Act 1959 and continued under the Legal Profession Act 1993 is continued as a body corporate with a common seal.(2) The Trust (a) may acquire, hold, dispose of and otherwise deal with property; and(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.(3) All courts and persons acting judicially must take judicial notice of the imprint of the common seal on a document and presume that it was duly sealed by the Trust.
