(1) A local regulatory authority may disclose information to another local regulatory authority about any matter relating to or arising under this Act or a corresponding law.(2) A local regulatory authority may disclose information to an interstate regulatory authority about any matter relating to or arising under this Act or a corresponding law.(3) In this section interstate regulatory authority means (a) an authority having functions or powers under a corresponding law; or(b) a person or body prescribed, or of a class prescribed, by the regulations as an interstate regulatory authority;local regulatory authority means (a) an authority having functions or powers under this Act; or(b) a person or body prescribed, or of a class prescribed, by the regulations as a local regulatory authority.
