LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2007 - SECT 69
Advice to Board of immediate suspension of local practising certificate and revocation of suspension
(1) The prescribed authority must advise the Board of the suspension of
a local practising certificate under section 68 and the reasons for the
suspension.
(2) The prescribed authority must advise the Board if the suspension is
revoked and the reasons for the revocation.
