(1)  Where a person interested in registered land appears to the Supreme Court to be a trustee of that land and an order is made by the Supreme Court, the Recorder, on application supported by an office copy of the order, must make such recording in the Register as the Recorder thinks necessary to register the person in whom the order purports to vest the land as proprietor of the land.

(2)  Unless and until a recording is made under subsection (1) , the order referred to in that subsection has no effect or operation in transferring or otherwise vesting the land.
