The Recorder has power to cancel in such manner as the Recorder considers proper any recording in the Register which the Recorder is satisfied does not affect or has ceased to affect the land to which the recording purports to relate, and may for that purpose call in and cancel or correct any certificate of title, grant, or duplicate registered dealing.
