(1) The following records are public records:(a) the Register;(b) dealings in the office of the Recorder awaiting registration, or re-execution, completion, or correction to make them registrable and instruments and documents lodged, deposited or filed in support of a dealing or instrument;(c) caveats and priority notices;(d) maps, plans and surveys deposited with the Recorder under this or any other Act whether or not they are capable of being withdrawn or rejected;(e) any index of unregistered dealings kept in the office of the Recorder.(2) Any information in a public record shall be available at the prescribed times, in the prescribed manner, and upon payment of the prescribed fee (if any).
