Where, pursuant to section 29 of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Act 1976 , the State is recorded under this Act as the registered proprietor of land, the Attorney-General is, within 30 days of the registration, to give notice of the registration to each person who appears to the Attorney-General, from the Register, to have an interest in that land.
