The Tasmanian Planning Scheme
(1) There is to be a Tasmanian Planning Scheme.
(2) The Tasmanian Planning Scheme consists of –
(a) the State Planning Provisions; and
(b) each Local Provisions Schedule and each Special Local Provisions Schedule.
