(1) If a patient is given special psychiatric treatment, the treating medical practitioner is to (a) make an appropriate record of the matter; and(b) place a copy of the record on the patient's clinical record; and(c) give, as soon as practicable, a copy of the record to (i) the Chief Psychiatrist; and(ii) the Tribunal.(2) The Tribunal or Chief Psychiatrist, by notice, may require the treating medical practitioner to provide further information about the special psychiatric treatment within a required time and the treating medical practitioner is to comply with such a requirement.
