MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2013 - SECT 146

Functions and powers

(1)  The Chief Psychiatrist has the functions given to the Chief Psychiatrist by this or any other Act.
(2)  The Chief Psychiatrist has –
(a) power to do anything necessary or convenient to be done to perform his or her functions; and
(b) such other powers as are expressly or impliedly given to the Chief Psychiatrist by this or any other Act.
(3)  Without limiting subsection (2)  –
(a) the Chief Psychiatrist may approve forms for use under provisions of this Act or under provisions of other Acts in respect of which he or she may have responsibilities; and
(b) .  .  .  .  .  .  .  .
