The following provisions govern the review of any decision (or matter) for which express provision is not otherwise made in this Division:(a) the Tribunal may do the review (i) on its own motion at any time; or(ii) on the application of any person with the necessary standing;(b) on review, the Tribunal may (i) affirm the relevant decision; or(ii) set aside the relevant decision or action taken;(c) if the relevant decision is set aside, the Tribunal may (i) substitute its own decision for the one set aside; or(ii) remit the matter to the decision-maker, with or without directions, for redetermination.
