MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2013 - SECT 199

Division 3 - Determinations Evidence of Tribunal determination or direction

(1)  A determination or direction of the Tribunal as constituted in relation to Mental Health stream proceedings must be signed by –
(a) a member involved in making the determination or direction; or
(b) the Registrar.
