In this Chapter abscond means being absent without leave of absence or overstaying a leave of absence;corresponding law means a law of another State providing for the treatment and care of persons with mental illness;eligible patient means (a) an involuntary patient; or(b) a forensic patient; or(c) a person who is subject to a supervision order;forensic patient does not include a forensic patient who is a prisoner;involuntary patient , for Part 3 , includes (a) a person who is subject to a treatment order under the Criminal Justice (Mental Impairment) Act 1999 ; and(b) a person who is subject to an assessment order or treatment order under the Sentencing Act 1997 ;mental health facility means any place for the treatment and care of persons with mental illness;reciprocating State , for an agreement under this Part, means the State that Tasmania has the agreement with.
