MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2013 - SECT 206
Power of Tasmanian officials to act under corresponding law
Subject to the terms of any relevant interstate control agreement, an MHO or
authorised person may discharge any responsibilities conferred on the MHO or
authorised person (or on MHOs or authorised persons or any category of MHOs or
authorised persons collectively) under a corresponding law.
