MINERAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 125
Library of drill core and cuttings
(1) The Director is to maintain a library of drill core and cuttings
deposited with the Director.
(2) The Director may dispose of any drill core or cutting as the
Director thinks fit.
