(1)  An appellant may withdraw an appeal at any time.

(2)  If an appeal is withdrawn or abandoned, the respondent may apply to a judge for the appeal to be dismissed.

(3)  A judge may –

(a) dismiss the appeal; and

(b) make an order as to costs of, or incidental to, the appeal.
