MINERAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 179
Leases and licences in respect of Aboriginal land
The Minister may not grant a lease or licence in respect of Aboriginal land,
within the meaning of the Aboriginal Lands Act 1995 , without the agreement of
the Aboriginal Land Council of Tasmania established under that Act.
